āļøThe problem of Miner Extracted Value (MEV) is becoming more and more prominent in the Ethereum network. While private pools such as flashbots, zeromev, and ethermine offer protection from MEV, they can also be used to exploit it. The Enecuum network's architecture offers a solution to this issue by enabling the creation of different mempools for transactions.
The Trinity 2.0 design incorporates these features, providing users with various options for pending transactions. If users need to send an ordinary transaction, they can use the public pool. However, if they require a private transaction that is not known before its execution by the entire network, they can choose one of the private mempools of PoA miners or even add the transaction independently to the block via their PoA node.
This flexibility empowers users to control their transactions and minimize the probability of their exploitation by miners or other network participants. Furthermore, this functionality eliminates the likelihood of MEV exploitation, as long as the user adds their transaction to the block themselves.
By offering users greater control and reducing the risk of exploitation, the Enecuum network's architecture provides a much-needed solution to the problem of MEV. The ability to choose between public and private mempools enables users to prioritize their needs and avoid unnecessary risks.

Transaction Pending pools are directly related to the Variable Transaction Pending Privacy feature. The primary goal of this element is to develop methods for creating and grouping Proof of Activity (PoA) nodes into pools and adding the ability to send transactions to a specific existing pool or node.
Currently, the main priority is to establish a sound economic model that incentivizes miners to join pools and encourages users to send their transactions to them. Network load is a crucial factor since only a congested network can generate demand for MEV protection and encourage miners to join pools, which will have a positive impact on node holders' earnings. We believe that during the development process, there will be many details that we'll be happy to share with the community.
With the Trinity 2.0 we are committed to bringing more features and improvements to the Enecuum network. We believe that Transaction Pending Pools will be a critical element in the network's success, and we are dedicated to refining this feature to enhance the user experience and drive adoption.
